  8. User Responsibilities
  9. As a user of our services, you are expected to:

  11. Payments for loans must be made as per the schedule outlined in your loan agreement. You may make payments via the methods specified by us, which may include bank transfers, debit card payments, or mobile payments.

    - Due Date: All payments are due by the date indicated in the loan agreement. Failure to make timely payments will result in late fees.
    - Default: If you default on your loan, we may report this to credit bureaus and initiate collection procedures, including legal action.
    - Payment Methods: We accept payments via online banking, mobile wallets, and other electronic payment methods. Additional processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.

  19. These Terms are governed by the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or litigation according to the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007.

    In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations with us before resorting to formal legal action.

  20. Modifications to Terms
